Once your order has been fulfilled the merchant is typically unable to change the shipping address. We are only able to support protection going to the address listed on the order. If you are shipping to a temporary address such as a hotel, we are unable to re-route packages or cover delivered not received claims if you're not able to retrieve from the temporary location, or that you made a typo at checkout to the wrong address. The address on your order confirmation email will be the only address we can honor.
